A special show will be held this Saturday, September 5th, beginning at 1 p.m. on the Neil Kelleher Stage at Powers Park.
The schedule is as follows:
* 1 p.m. -- Wylder / performing Motown classics and R&B
* 3 p.m. -- Solid Smoke / performing Motown, Soul, and R&B
* 5:30 -- Johnny Rabb & the Jailhouse Rockers / Rock N Roll
The show is presented by the city of Troy. It is supported in part by Snowman Ice-cream, Northeast Shuttle, Badass Burrito, Beverage Barn, Whitney Young Health Center/Troy, Troy Uniformed Firefighters Association, and the Tri City Valley Cats. Media sponsors include The Record, Our Towne Magazine, B95.5fm & Magic 100.9fm
Food and beverages will be available at the park, with a no alcohol or dogs policy in effect. Three 50/50 raffles will be held over the course of the day to benefit the upcoming Uncle Sam Day Parade on September 13. The Games2U video van will also be on hand offering free video games for the children to enjoy.
