The 34th Annual Uncle Sam Parade will kick off at 1 p.m. on September 13th. It takes place beginning at 125th St. & 5th Ave, and ends at 106th & 5th Ave.
One of the most anticipated yearly events in Lansingburgh, the event always lives up to the expectations of veteran parade watchers, along with throwing in a few unexpected extras every year. After the parade, the committee invites everyone over to historic Knickerbacker Park for it's annual festival which features a chicken barbecue dinner by Giffy's, along with Snowman Ice cream, skydivers, and fireworks at 8:30 p.m.
Live music featuring Donny Elvis at 3 p.m., Imagining Lennon & McCartney at 4:30 p.m., and Cryin Out Loud at 6p.m. Join us for all the fun celebrating Uncle Sam Wilson's birthday on Sunday.
