Troy Event Season Kicks Off:

Beginning in 2004, the City of Troy and the merchants on River St. put together the River St. Festival to help showcase all of the exciting things going on in the downtown business district. In particular, all the special places located up and down River St.
The events grassroots arts and antiques theme separates the festival from other commercially established festivals that you see today. River St. Fest is a very family oriented event that offers a wide selection of food, crafts, street performers, magicians, jugglers, and a diverse selection of musical talent performing on three stages located across the expanse of River St.
Here's what you can expect to see on all three stages:
Local Stage -- located at State & River St.
11:30 a.m. - Simple Theory with Maurizio & Brittany Robichaud
12:30 p.m. -Emeralds of July
1:30 p.m. - Elizabeth Woodbury Kasius & Heard
2:30 p.m. -- Jenna Rowe (Winner of the Lansingburgh Has Talent Contest)
3:00 p.m. -- Walter Peters
4:00 p.m. -- The Mystios

World Stage -- located at the old city hall at Monument Square.
11:00 a.m. -- Ashley Pond
12:15 p.m. -- Maria Zemantauski
1:15 p.m. -- Taina Asili
2:40 p.m. -- Erin Harkes Band
4:30 p.m. -- Paula Cole

Childrens Stage -- River St. by Arts Center.
10:00 a.m. --Al Spain
10:45 a.m.-- EvilDan & Colleen the Sideshow Queen
11:15 a.m. -- Al Spain
12:00 p.m. --EvilDan & Colleen the Sideshow Queen
12:45 p.m. -- Cavanaugh & Kavanaugh
